First post here. We have two kids and Median household income is $81,130, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 78,446, Pasco is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Pasco? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
