What I wish I knew before living in Pasco

So, With a population of 78,446, Pasco is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 78,446 people. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $81,130, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've lived in North for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Active local events and festivals
- The weather scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
