First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $56,780 in Passaic. You can expect to pay around $1,392 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
