Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 69,651, Passaic is a smaller city. Median household income is $56,780, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
