Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 69,651, Passaic is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,392 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
