Best neighborhoods in Paterson

Hey everyone, Median household income is $53,766, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a mid-size city city with about 158K people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
