Planning a move to Paterson — neighborhoods?

Hey folks, Just moved here 16 months ago and With a population of 158K, Paterson is a mid-size city. Average temperature is around 55°F, so expect cold winters. Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
