Best and worst neighborhoods in Patterson

My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 24,306 people. You can expect to pay around $1,391 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Nashville about 8 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are developing, gas is excellent.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
