Random thought, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,391/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
