Moving to Patton -what should I know?

Hey folks, Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $55,417 in Patton. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great sushi places. it was the best decision I ever made.
