Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 1,437, Patton Village is a small town. Median household income is $78,621, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Patton Village sits at 238.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
