Hi all, Been living here since 2016. Poverty rate is 18.4%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
