Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 18 years and Household incomes average around $85,405 in Pawling. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
