Healthcare options in Pawtucket?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $286,200 on average. Median household income is $67,436, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much manageable but now it's solid.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 3 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
