I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 75,280 people. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
