Starting a business in Pawtucket?

My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 10.1%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Pawtucket? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
