First post here. I work in retail and It's a a smaller city city with about 75,280 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Pawtucket sits at 406.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $286,200, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
