Dog-friendly places in Payette?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and The median home value here is around $247,700, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation?

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
