Moving from Dallas to Payson next month

I'm a 28-year-old contractor and With a population of 16,494, Payson is a small town. Rent is about $1,355/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,355 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is solid in most areas.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
