Payson in the winter -how bad?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 8 years and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,355 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
