Working in Payson -salaries realistic?

Random thought, I've been here for 2 years and It's a a small town city with about 16,494 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.
