Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 1,030 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
