Should I move to Peña Pobre comunidad or stay in Nashville?

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 1,177 people. Household incomes average around $16,336 in Pe--a Pobre comunidad. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much manageable but now it's underrated.
