Random thought, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 1,177 people. Household incomes average around $16,336 in Pe--a Pobre comunidad. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
