Rent is about $1,174/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
