Curious what people think. Rent is about $1,902/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 54,180 people. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.
