Is Peabody worth moving to in 2026?

OK so I'm a 32-year-old sales rep and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
