Life in Peabody as a young professional

Alright, I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $95,278 in Peabody. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Westside. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like sushi.

No regrets on my end..
