Most overrated things about Peabody

With a population of 54,180, Peabody is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Riverside for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Affordable housing options
- The school system scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
