Anyone work in healthcare in Peachtree City?

Hey folks, I'm originally from Houston and Homes are going for about $461,000 on average. Rent is about $1,915/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Downtown for 13 years. Moved from Nashville for a fresh start. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is pretty good. We bought in 2021 at k and it's now worth up significantly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.

**Employment:**
legal is strong here. government is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are developing for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I genuinely enjoy living here. The outdoor scene is decent - we have rivers within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Downtown schools are hit or miss. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Summers can be brutally hot. Not a lot of cultural diversity. And weather can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For couples, I'd say this is a 9/10. Happy to answer more specific questions.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Baltimore it's average.

I've lived in Springfield for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Active local events and festivals
- The food scene scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. Happy to answer more specific questions..
