Raising a family in Peachtree City -thoughts?

Alright, I'm single, late 40s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Peachtree City sits at 28.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Westside area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

Came here for family and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The public transit is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
