First post here. Homes are going for about $461,000 on average. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
