Hello, Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Bought a house here in 2017 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
