What I wish I knew before living in Peachtree Corners

Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Peachtree Corners sits at 586.7 per 100K. Rent is about $1,617/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Appreciate any input.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Good luck with whatever you decide..
