Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $107,300, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

First post here. Been living here since 2012. The median home value here is around $107,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
