Co-working spaces in Pebble Creek?

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $2,189 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 10,719 people. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

I've lived in Downtown for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The community vibe scene is average

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a sales manager, 53, moved here 15 years ago from Miami. I've lived in North and Eastside, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Growing food and restaurant scene
2. Nice parks and green spaces
3. Good internet infrastructure
4. The people are generally better than expected - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Limited public transit options
2. Rising rent and home prices
3. The traffic situation is affordable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- North: Great for remote workers. excellent vibes, walkable.
- Eastside: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Miami, everything felt underrated. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are developing. Gas is pricey. You can live comfortably on $40K-$120K here.

**Final verdict:**
Happy to answer more specific questions.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.
