Is Pebble Creek worth moving to in 2026?

Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
