Hey everyone, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 9.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 3,966, Pecan Acres is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Pecan Acres sits at 126.7 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
