Affordable areas near Pelham?

Household incomes average around $91,904 in Pelham. Rent is about $1,573/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The community vibe is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
