Remote worker thinking about Pelham

Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 24,510, Pelham is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
