Alright, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $250,001 in Pelham Manor. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 5,648 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
