So, I'm retired and Rent is about $1,910/month for a decent place. With a population of 171K, Pembroke Pines is a mid-size city. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
