Studio apartments in Pembroke Pines — options?

Hi all, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $411,700, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,910 for rent here. Homes are going for about $411,700 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much established but now it's solid.
