Studio apartments in Penbrook -options?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 6.1%, which is concerning. Poverty rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Moved here from Houston about 7 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to cost of living but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
