Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 1,262 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
