Best coffee shops in Pendleton?

Alright, I'm a college student here and With a population of 17,070, Pendleton is a small town. Homes are going for about $276,400 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
