Biggest downsides of living in Pendleton?

Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $938 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is tough in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 8 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Springfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
