Is Pennside worth it salary-wise?

Hey, I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $77,411, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much affordable but now it's improving.
