Commute times in Pennsville -how bad?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,225 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is decent in most areas.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
