Should I move to Pennsville or stay in San Francisco?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2019. Homes are going for about $188,100 on average. With a population of 12,238, Pennsville is a small town. The unemployment rate is 6.8%, which is concerning. Median household income is $75,162, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.
