OK so I've been here for 5 years and Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $72,699 in Pensacola. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
